Yiasemis Collection is a hospitality operations platform built for hotels, restaurants, and experience-led venues. We connect teams across finance, front of house, marketing, and management with modular tools that share a single sign-on and organisation model.

Table Circuit is our table and event reservations product: staff manage availability, floor layouts, guest journeys, functions, and pre-orders, while diners can book and manage visits through venue-branded flows where enabled. A dedicated Table Circuit mobile app (iOS and Android) gives venue teams full access from any device.

We design for security and privacy by default. Every account supports two-factor authentication (2FA), and signed-in users can review and revoke their active sessions across all devices at any time — including a one-tap "sign out everywhere else" action. We also run routine checks against public credential-leak databases and alert users whose passwords appear in known breach lists, so they can update them before their account is at risk.

Account lifecycle is managed with a full audit trail. Deleted accounts pass through a 60-day restore window followed by a statutory retention period, giving users and administrators a clear, recoverable process. Super-admins have dedicated tooling for searching, filtering, bulk-restoring, and force-purging accounts in line with GDPR and UK statutory record-keeping requirements.
