Account & data deletion

This page applies to anyone using Yiasemis Collection products and websites—including modules such as Table Circuit, Clock Hawk, PayVigil, Marketing Hub, Spa Booking, and related hospitality apps accessed after sign-in. Use it for app store Data safety disclosures and for deletion or data-removal requests.

Delete your account

Signing out or uninstalling an app does not delete your account. Your credentials remain until we process a deletion request.

  1. Send an email from the same address you use to sign in to privacy@yiasemis.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request — Yiasemis Collection.
  3. In the message, name the app(s) or site areas you use (for example Table Circuit, Clock Hawk, web launcher), plus organisation or venue names if you know them. This helps verify your identity and locate the correct account.
  4. We confirm receipt, verify identity where needed, then complete deletion or explain any delay required by law or by a venue or employer acting as data controller for certain records.
Request deletion of some data (without deleting your account)

To remove specific categories of personal data but keep using our products (for example a profile photo, optional phone number, or marketing preferences), email privacy@yiasemis.com with subject Data deletion request — Yiasemis Collection and describe what should be deleted and which app(s) it relates to.

We may need to retain minimal identifiers or operational records where a venue or employer must keep data for operations, payments, tax, or safety—they are often the controller for that data, and we work with them when appropriate.

What we typically delete or anonymise

After a verified account deletion we aim to:

  • Disable sign-in and revoke sessions for your user.
  • Delete or anonymise platform-held profile and account records that exist only to identify you as an individual user, where no overriding legal obligation applies.
  • Stop using your contact details for anything except what the law requires (for example a narrow suppression record to honour your deletion).

What may be retained: aggregated or de-identified analytics; backups for a limited rolling period until overwritten; information required for legal or dispute purposes; and operational records where your employer or venue determines retention. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Timing
We respond to verified requests without undue delay and within periods required by applicable law (often within about one month for GDPR-style requests, subject to extensions permitted by law for complex cases).
