Clock Hawk
Rotas, clock-in/out, timesheets, HR records, and workforce management for hospitality teams.
Overview
Clock Hawk is the workforce, time-and-attendance, and HR module. Staff and managers use the web app for rotas, timesheets, absence, training, and HR records, while a locked-down Clock Hawk Kiosk tablet app provides on-site PIN clock-in/out with optional photo verification.

Sickness, holiday, lateness, and other absence types with rota conflict checks and supporting file uploads.

Employee directory, teams, workforce permissions, and HR profiles covering emergency contacts, tax, payroll, and signed employment agreements.
Training & payroll
Assignable training courses with quizzes and certificates, holiday-pay calculations, and CSV export of clock punches for payroll.

Important note
Kiosk photo verification captures a staff facial image at clock-in/out for attendance-audit purposes and stores it in a private, access-controlled bucket. Kiosk punches do not transmit GPS location. Where local law treats facial images as biometric data, venues acting as employer/controller are responsible for obtaining any required staff consent.
