Overview

Marketing Hub manages your marketing subscriber list and guest-consent records. It aggregates subscribers captured across the platform (for example from reservations) and keeps marketing consent in sync with linked guest profiles. Campaign sending is on the roadmap.

Marketing Hub currently manages subscriber lists and consent only. It does not yet send email campaigns, and we do not perform open-rate or click tracking within it.
