Overview
Sign Jasmine is the e-signature module for hospitality teams. Venue staff send a PDF, place signature fields, and collect signatures in order — including employment and exit documents from Clock Jasmine — with an internal audit trail kept in the app.

Upload a PDF, add signers and countersigners, and place signature, initials, date, and text fields.
Guest signing
Recipients open a private link, review the document, and sign on desktop or mobile without an account.
Audit trail
Venue staff can see who signed, when, and from which device. That certificate stays in Sign Jasmine, not on the downloaded PDF.
Clock Jasmine archive
Read signed employment contracts already completed in Clock Jasmine without rewriting them.

- Signing audit metadata (IP address, device, and timestamps) for venue staff only
Important note
Sign Jasmine stores signature images and signing metadata for the venue that sent the envelope. Recipients receive the signed document without the internal audit certificate.
