Overview
Table Circuit is the reservations and guest-management module for restaurants, hotels, and event spaces. It handles the full booking lifecycle — from an embeddable public widget through to floor-plan seating, private-dining functions, pre-orders, deposits, and two-way guest messaging — and is available as a full-featured iOS and Android mobile app for venue teams.

List, calendar, and timeline views; create and edit bookings with party size, table assignment, and a full status workflow including no-show tracking.
Floor plans & tables
Visual drag-and-drop floor-plan editor, table and area management, and function-room layouts.
Functions & pre-orders
Private-dining function bookings with set-menu or à la carte pre-orders, a pre-order tracking dashboard, and guest pre-order forms.
Guest directory & messaging
Searchable guest profiles with visit and no-show history, allergens, and notes, plus two-way messaging between staff and guests on each reservation.
Events & ticketing
Public event pages, registrations, ticket pricing and capacity, check-in scanning, and Eventbrite import.
Payments & deposits
Stripe card-on-file, charges, and deposit tracking with a full payment activity log.
Embeddable booking widget
A public iframe widget with configurable branding and availability rules for your own website.
Integrations & security
Google Reserve, Facebook/Instagram Reserve, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Brevo, and Zapier; plus active-session management, two-factor authentication, and password-breach alerts.

Important note
The Table Circuit mobile app may also collect employee onboarding details (address, date of birth, bank and right-to-work information) on behalf of Clock Hawk where a venue enables staff onboarding. That data is governed by the Clock Hawk section of our Privacy Policy.
